Feliz Inc. transforms 20+ years of leadership in agriculture, complex operations, and industry representation into real-world results. Founded by Blake Van Denburgh, we’re rooted in strategy, relationships, and inclusivity.
Blake has led on boards like the Midwest Poultry Federation, helped shape the National 4-H Poultry program, and serves as Planning Commission Chair. His work reflects a deep belief in legacy, servant leadership, and driving sustainable change.

As Chief Brand & Marketing Officer, Maddie O’Donoghue leads all brand and marketing strategy for Feliz Inc. and the organizations we serve. She manages the full creative and communication ecosystem — from brand identity and messaging to web design, content strategy, and digital presence — ensuring every contracted partner shows up with clarity, consistency, and competitive strength.
Maddie translates complex industries into compelling, story-driven brands, guiding companies through modern positioning, visual refinement, and strategic marketing that drives real-world results. Her work ensures that every Feliz Inc. partner not only looks aligned — but communicates with purpose, credibility, and long-term impact.
